Injury ReportWizards: Reece Beekman, Justin Champagnie and Jamir Watkins are out. Anthony Davis and Tristan Vukcevic sat out today’s game so it remains to be seen whether they’ll play tomorrow.
Thunder: Nikola Topic, Thomas Sorber, Cason Wallace, Chet Holmgren and Jalen Williams are out. Jaylin Williams is sitting out today’s game against he Memphis Grizzlies.
Pregame notesThe Wizards are currently about to fly out of ATL and take a red eye to Oklahoma City as I write this. They will play a Thunder team that was 6-2 before today’s game against the Grizzlies. Before today, Oklahoma City won two straight games against the Cavaliers with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scoring 42 or more points IN EACH GAME.
Thankfully, Washington now has a point guard who can put up numbers with Trae Young. But their hands will be full, especially if Anthony Davis misses tomorrow’s game because of an ankle injury. Let’s hope AD can suit up tomorrow so we can see a potential upset.
