Live Preseason Discussion: Philadelphia 76ers at Brooklyn Nets, 7:30 PM ET

There’s only so much stock you can put into a preseason game, but a 34-point win is never a bad thing. It Brooklyn nailed 20 of 37 from deep and dished out 31 assists without Mikel Brown Jr., while stars made the most of the minutes. Now, the Nets head home to Barclays Center for the first (and only) time the preseason.

On the flip side, the star-studded 76ers come in with a preseason win of their own — a 120-97 blowout over the Knicks on Monday. Both teams are 1-0, which is about as much as anyone should read into October. The storyline tonight? We’ll get to see LeBron James, Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe, Jaylen Brown and Joel Embiid playing together.

Keep an eye on the minutes. Most of the Nets’ starters were finished by halftime in Charlotte, and these are professionals playing as a team while also battling for their own minutes.
